Nursery Information
SNACK MONEY
Parents are asked to pay £1.00 per week for snack money. Children are given a sandwich, toast or cracker along with fruit and milk. Any money left is put towards paying for cooking equipment to use with the children and also for celebrations such as Chinese New Year.
MILK MONEY
Three times a year we have to ask for an extra 50p towards milk. This is in the first week in September, the first week in January and the first week back after the Spring holiday. For these three weeks only, snack will be £1.50. A reminder of this is put on the Nursery door.
NURSERY HOURS
Morning sessions are from 8.30 am and the afternoon sessions are from 12.30 pm. Children are able to arrive at nursery until 9.00 am and 1.00 pm before the register is taken. The door will be open from 11.15 am and 3.15 pm for you to collect your child. Please pick up your child promptly as staff need to be able to set equipment up for the next session and if children are picked up late, they are unable to this.
JEWELLERY
Please note the following Governors Policy:
“Children are not permitted to wear any jewellery in school as neither the school of the LA will accept responsibility for the loss, damage or accident caused by items of jewellery”. It is our policy from the Governing Body that children should not be excluded from any activity because they are wearing jewellery. Any child wearing jewellery will be asked by staff not to wear the jewellery in future.
